I had breakfast here. It was very good and plenty of options for all diets. They had made to order manakish and omelettes as well as a buffet with staples of American, Lebanese, and British breakfast. I did not see any foul or balila though. The service however was a bit lacking, they were slow to bring tea to our table and when I went to get water the first time the pitchers were empty and the second time there were no fresh glasses. Overall, room to improve on the service but good food and pleasant staff!

Very disappointing, it definitely needs a change. Everything looks so good to see but so disappointing when you eat it. The staff are amazing and attentive.Was there in a business meeting over few days, the venue is ok, and the management is top.However whatever was related to food was missed. For ex: sea food salad was more of a cold paella one day with surimi crab and shrimps and a weird combination on another day, the sauces on all cases were not adapted as per type. The grilled vegetables were way too oily, and it was really heavy to eat anything. The main dishes were ok. The best parts were the moutabalet: with eggplants, houmous, beetroot and zucchini.The dessert were also missed, the best thing was red fruits cake and as for the other cakes they were very beautiful to see but tasteless.Over all the majority of the participants were saying the same ptitnfit.com
I attended a conference and had lunch there, the buffet was very appetiting and tastes even better! Well trained staff who are friendly and professional with a cozy atmosphere. Just a lovely restaurant, will sure want to try a buffet breakfast there.
For breakfast or lunch, Vivaldi obviously scores really high! breakfast served is really good and of a great variety! for someone like me who craves salty then sugary thrn salty then sugary bites haha it was a great experience! the lunch buffet is very organized and of a wide variety. several kind of soups * of which i didnt try its already too hot for a soup * salad bar is of lots of fresh options, ceasar salad , potato salad are really of a great taste; didnt like the tabbule much. hummus is to die for and baba ghanouj with pomegrenate seeds. best picks were also the grilled chicken greaat seasoning and grilled to perfection; salmon;pasta. for dessert i loved the brownies and the vanilla cakes, the cheesecake and tartes cud taste better honestly.but the service is outstanding!! waiters very attentive even when the place was tooo crowded really loots of people. great place; great food and great staff !
Crowne Plaza Beirut Hotel not only provides you with a 5 star experience, they also make sure you always leave with a smile on your face. The buffet during ramadan was absolutely amazing and included these desserts that leave you wanting more. The staff was great and well trained which made the service even better!
Not the first time here, but the food is some how average to good, the desserts needs a lot of improvement, the ambiance is beautiful and clean, the waiters are well trained, if they work a bit on modifications and marketing this place would have more publicity.
