A great place to catch up with friends and chill, it has a very nice atmosphere. Their playlist choice is cool, the beer is cold, the prices are great. Extra points for having a portrait of Che Guevara on the 2nd floor!
I love this place. Everytime you go to zakaria you get positive vibes from people that you always feel familiar being around .The bartenders Bob and Nour are very helpful in giving you the right choice whenever you dont know what you wanna drink. The music is lovely though. If you didnt visit this place then you are missing a lot. Zakaria is the best
Love the atmosphere, music, and drinks. It’s a whole different mix of calmness early in the night and partying after midnight. The music playlist is always so good.

Zakaria is a small yet cozy place with a second floor above. Zakaria is sometimes the place the chill with friends and sometimes it’s loud and people are having a turned up party in there, so if you’re looking to chill you’re gona need a backup in case it’s wal3ane there, or vice versa.What matters to me the most there is the bartender, unfortunately the recent bartenders haven’t made the mark on me yet, I’ve once ordered a white russian and the guy got me 2/3 vodka, 0.5/3 kahlua and 0.5/3 creme. Man was it an unpleasant drink. They had an AMAZING bartender a few years ago that used to create drinks and put them on the menu, one of them was tea and surprisingly it was a very refreshing drink that had new senses to our taste buds, that drink made them a lot of money. That bartender is long gone sadly.The type of music they play usually are arabic songs, but there was this one time they were playing a ton of trap and dubstep, it’s an unpredictable place, sometimes this, sometimes that, it’s spontaneous.It is a nice place, good memories there.
The food is so fresh although the menu is limited. But you would always find something cooked really now! The ambiance is so comfortable! The arabic music is amazing. They are like one family and it doesn’t feel like you are at a pub! A must visit!
Zakaria is an authentic pub/resto in hamra known for its oriental theme. I’ve tried some of their cocktails and they’re quite good. The atmosphere is very lebanese and vintage, the songs make you feel like you’re in the 70s and the bartender is very fun .
