  I tried literally all the desserts they have on the menu! My favorite ones are the Fondant au Chocolat and the Brownie! All the rest are really really good too, and highly recommended for diabetic people and people watching out for their diet and wanna satisfy their sweet tooth!!

  I ordered many times delivery from the Diet Delights and visited it once. The place is very clean but a bit small. The package of the delivery is very tight and neat and presentable. The portion may seem small but it is enough to make you feel full. I love the taste and their aoli sauce is my favorite. Their deserts are average in taste wise

  I ordered 2 burgers and a salad, the taste is great but the burgers were extremely cold. When i called and asked why they replied that it was due to distance from ashrafieh to mar elias. I order food from places in ashrafieh and i had never had this issue if you cant bring the food hot dont bring it because no one should eat cold food, also they took 3 thou delivery charge

  Very bad service. My order took 2 hours to arrive. In addition the food was very cold. I don’t recommend anyone to order a delivery from them.

  Finally it is time to write this review. Many chances were given but unfortunately it has always been +-unprofessional.- Food is good/healthy/clean- Management (bad/careless/unprofessional)- i book a preferred meal around 11 am, delivery at 2 pm. because ordering at 2pm is always late for the desired meal. Somehow they manage to run out of that meal and more importantly never call back nor send food. (So lunch break is F****ed)- i order a meal, usually takes 20-25 min, i call after 60min, the guy checks whether the delivery guy is on the road, he calls back cancelling the order with no reason (diplomatic answer). (So again Lunch Break is F****ed).Management and Communication need some serious work, we all have that 60-80 min break to have our meal.Some fine tuning will do the work.

  Got the choux a la creme dessert from diet delights. It is a low calorie dessert (as low as 126 calories) and very delicious. It is almost as good as the original one. I would definetly recommend it for people on a diet.

  I was at work and decided to have a healthy lunch; so I called at 11h am to order and make sure my food arrives at 12h45-1h max because after that cant have lunch and will be stuck in a meeting for two hours.. at 1h15 i called to check what took them so long, the guy over the phone told me the delivery guy needs 1 minute and he will be there. At 1h30 called again to see what is the problem and told them please if he cant make it i don’t want the food anymore since i have to leave the office; the guy over the phone started apologising and saying that they were overloaded that day ( very lame and unprofessional argument ). 1h40 he arrives paid for him and couldn’t have lunch because i had to leave. First of all, I called ahead of time to make sure my order arrives on time. Second of all, if you are overloaded maybe you shouldn’t have taken so much order and leave clients unsatisfied Third of all, when i’m telling you you did wrong and at least you should have called or did something about it don’t give me naive answers such as ‘ ken aana ktir aaj2a bel matbakh’ that is not the client problem. Establish a good and a proper time management within your team. Anyway, never ordering again.
