A lovely pastry with lovely people. They have a lot of deserts to die for. My personal best is the “Croissant au Chocolat”. It’s full of tast and rich in chocolate. And not to forget the Baba au rum that comes throbbing with rum.

This patisserie is one of the best I know in Beirut. The owner is a real chef, besides, he is also a generous, kind and amazing person. To me and every other random client entering his shop. The croissants are freshly baked in the morning, really well stuffed and taste yummy. The cakes among other things are also a speciality. I had them bake me a customized dark choco + Lotus cake. It’s amazing! I can’t stop eating it! Try them out!

I passed by this last Sunday morning to grab some croissants back home for breakfast. Unfortunately there were no croissants left on display but the owner kindly offered to bake especially for me what was left in the fridge. I had the cheese & olives, cheese, plain which the owner again generously filled with chocolate as there were no chocolate croissants ready to bake in the fridge. After 20 minutes in the oven my freshly baked croissants were ready. I must say that the portion is really big and fulfilling. Fairly filled. Crunchy and buttery from the outside but unfortunately the dough from the inside wasn’t airy as it should be. It was chewy like having a brioche or even a bread. Each of the croissants is priced for 2$.
