I Ordered from an hour and a half and the order didn’t arrive yet , if the services was disappointing before the order arrive what should i expect more ? anyway the order wasn’t delivered at all and they didn’t bothered to call either
Love the concept and the fact that there is different kind of “make your own salad”. I ordered an all veggie make your own salad. My main issue was asking for broccoli and only getting two average pieces. I would have loved some more since the salad portion is huge. The order came with a piece of bread.
Tried this place today. The salads are really great and the ingredients taste fresh. However, it is overpriced. This place can easily become a popular concept if it were more affordable. Such a pity.
I came to this place yesterday for the first time. I ordered a make your own salad. The staff was smiling and helpful and said I get 200gs veggies and 200g protein. So I started with the veggies and got to a 250g veggies. Then the staff said now I get 150g protein to compensate the extra 50g on veggies. I accepted and took it back. It was a good salad nevertheless. Today I went back again and ordered the same thing and started with veggies, i got to 170g veggies so I told him, ok so lets keep it the same and I’ll add 230g protein. He said he can’t do that as it should only be 200g. I explained how yesterday you temoved from thr protein for a 50g extra veggies. He said he’s sorry he can’t do that. As a person who eats salads always, I can safely say that simply salad is a rip off. I’ve had very tasty salads around lebanon that I didn’t pay that much for. So two times I enter to that place I get the feeling they are being stingy. Never entering that place again. Good salads, but stingy.
The concept is really nice honestly i loved the place alot but was really disappointed by lack of taste. Considering the fact that its a salad shop only you should really work on your taste. Nothing out of the ordinary honestly we ordered the nicoise salad and the quinoa salad both tasted extra ordinary. The prices are a bit too much for an average taste.
This is my second time I order from simply salad, and I really liked it. Very generous portions that can satisfy your cravings. I really recommend it for those who enjoy eating salad since they have a lot of varieties.
Just ordered 2 salads home. One missed the dressing and the brie cheese the menu said it has, the other missed the avocoda i specifically ordered, and overall both salads weren’t that fresh. This place used to be much better from before.
