Had coffee there a couple of times until we decided to try the food buffet one day.The quality, selection, and freshness of food, dessert, and drinks were really good. The service requests were on time and nothing was missing.It is a hotel, so the hospitality and service were as expected.
I’m not new to Rotana’s impeccable service and amazing food let alone visiting Raouche Arjaan Hotel and trying Aquarius Pool bar. However, this was first time we try dining at the Murjan restaurant and we loved the experience.Buffet was well displayed with a variety of Lebanese Mezza (Cold and hot dishes along to crunchy salads)Personally we didn’t like the soup (Lentil was mild and Chicken soup was too watery!)Pastries and main dishes were delicious, loved the dessert selection (Lebanese sweets and a variety of seasonal fruits), and enjoyed my refreshing Ward Drinks.Staff is friendly and always smiling and attentive. I was amazed by the service and the quality of food.We were there for three days during a seminar and were treated as royalties with tasty food!From the coffee breaks with tasty savory and sweet snacks and fruits to the lunch buffet that was perfectionist from the Lebanese staples (mezze and salads) to other types of cuisine that were tasty and beautifully presented ending with he desserts buffet that were able to satisfy all cravings. The chef mastered it all!Add to that smiley waiters who are attentive and ready to answer any request!Would love to come back for sure! ptitnfit.com
