When I passed by to try the O Monot Restaurant I was surprised to find a highly refined cozy venue on the 10th floor with an amazing night view of downtown Beirut, comfy couches, fancy decoration and a welcoming friendly staff. We also noticed a newer menu than the one posted on Zomato with even lower prices!! We had a couple of drinks and tried their generous cheese ardoise, their tasty tortellini, and a juicy chicken breast plate. The whole experience was perfect. Highly recommended.

Okay, it all started when i decided to celebrate valentine’s day with my girlfriend. After several researched destinations, i finally found ô monot restaurant which i anticipated it to be the perfect place for similar occasions.So, i called for additional information and reservation. The receptionist was very friendly, professional and responsive to all inquiries. Not to forget that she suggested to send me the offered valentine’s formula by e-mail in advance. The formula consisted of 5 major sets prepared exclusively by their own french chef: – symphonie de homard – coeur de saumon fumé – sorbet de citron passion – médaillion de veau rossini – baisé rouge passioné ( desert)To summarize, fresh ingredients, perfect cook and mouthwatering taste. As for the service, the waiters were very friendly and helpful. Our dishes were strictly on time (one after another). They were taking good care of our table. Our drinks were automatically refilled without even mentioning the need to refill since it was an open drinks formula.To add, a cute lady was singing romantic french songs to turn the ambiance charming and cosy.Prices were fair relatively to the quality and the presentation of the dishes.Highly recommended and definitely we’ll give it another visit!
Went for business lunch at O monot and had a menu prepared on purpose.We had: Feuilleté d’asperges vertes avec roquette Fricassé de crevette à la diableMédaillon de veau blanc avec gratin dauphinois et légumesAnd as a dessert crousti-fondant au chocolat .. glace vanille bourbonAll very well prepared with enhanced flavors and tastes.The setting is charming, service was very good, the restaurant on the highest floor has good views with couches very suitable for a drinks gathering. gsnreviews.wordpress.com
