  If you’re craving macaroni and cheese, this is definitely the place for you! But it is way heavier than any mac and cheese you ever tried to the extent it makes you feel dizzy and sleepy (just like after eating a burger). The place is small and cozy but the seating area is uncomfortable because it’s way too small. The service was good and you can see the chef making your plate from your seat which was a fun experience. It is slightly overpriced for the ambiance the place offers.

  I visited this place last night and was so surprised by how amazing the pasta was. I ordered a pink fettuccini sauce with mushrooms and tomatoes. It was incredible and genuinely delicious! Service was quick too.However, this restaurant is super tiny and has the most uncomfortable seating:(.

  UPDATE Sep 11 Advice: Always be careful when you decide to include Truffle oil in your pasta. Truffle oil has a distinctive strong flavor and pungent smell. Unless you know what you are doing, don’t risk it. If you don’t , then ask the chef for suggestions – which is exactly what I did in my second try. I asked for a truffle oil inclusive combination. The chef choice of pasta was fettuccine, the sauce was white, he took liberty to flambé the ingredients with white wine and added mushroom as the main topping. I was also given a pinch of chili flakes. This combination worked out so well that there was literally nothing wrong to say about the dish. The truffle oil bended so well with the creamy white sauce and mushrooms in contrast to my previous choice with pink sauce. Whenever I crave fast Italian Pasta with excellent service, I now know where to go!!!——————————————————————————————————Located in Mar Mikhael, this place has a simple menu. Its either their way or your way; we tried BOTH.Their way is the good old cavatappi with three cheese, bread crumbs and parmesan. It was heavy, generous, very satisfying, delicious, and highly recommended for those who want to try this place for the first time.Our way was as follows: Pasta was penne, Sauce was Pink, toppings were mushroom and truffle sauce. The combination was acceptable, but perhaps the truffle oil was not the best choice with pink sauce, truffle oil goes better with white sauce. I won’t blame them, it was purely my fault. Overall it was a great experience. Perhaps my next visit I should ask the chefs there for the best combination. The Force is strong with these folks!!!
