This review is based on delivery experience on 7/11.Checking salads based on photos i decide to chose quinao salad and baked lpotatoes! Recieved the salad with black pepper chicken or i dunno what!! The sauce taste 0. The quinoa is not well done! Moving to the baked potatoes with cheese and corn there is no taste it needs a lot of salt to feel the taste!Finally, the presentation is good and the delivery is fast!I hope you work on the chicken in the quinoa!
This place has been a favorite of mine when it comes to food delivery for a long time now. I have always loved their salads and sandwiches, but it’s been quite a while since my last order. I ordered lunch to work today and they perfectly brought back all my good memories of the place.Crisp flavorful ingredients, perfectly combined and well layered in delicious freshly baked baguette and with just the right amount of sauce to top it off! It took them a short 30 mins to deliver my order with all my requests met perfectly (one sandwich without a specific ingredient and some sandwiches cut in half). All-time favs: trio, canadien & blanc sandwiches, matisse and da vinci salads!Thank you Palette!
I ordered today a Van goch salad ! Surprisingly i received it with a rotten egg inside ! I tried to call the operator who was very rude and she said that she will send me eggs or another salad when some delivery guy is available ! I really do not recommend such service when sending a customer a rotten egg inside ! The customer should be a priority ! But after the ruddiness of the operator and since no manager talked to me i decided to put this on zomato for people to know ! And i will definitely report this to consumers protection in ministry of economy !
Good choice for delivery, i had the Botero Salad & the Villageois Sandwich; the salad portion is perfect & the sandwich is big! the taste & the ingredients are fresh
Zomato asked me to be polite and friendly before i add the review so i will try to do so in a polite way.I called at 1:00 pm to order and she told me 40 min maximum your order will be ready. I insisted i had a meeting and for them to be punctual. I called back at 2:10 to check where the order is after being 30 min late, and what she said was: “shwey w byemshe la aandak natrin l driver la yousal” so i cancelled my meal. Her reply was: “badak elghilak l talabiye? Ma fi mashkal ” and hung up the phone as if she doesnt care. Very bad customer service and i never recommend a delivery anymore from there. SHAME
2 for delivery and customer service!It took them one hour and 12 min exactly to deliver my order! I expected a dessert but no! And when i called they did not say a thing! Apparently they dont care much about customer service
