What an amazing universe! This place is definitely filled with magic, and all these details! No wonder why it’s on of our favorite coffee shop list in Beirut, the place feels so cozy and yet very welcoming with vintage vibes associated with contemporary art pieces and twists.As for their coffee, extremely delicious, very rich with a very unique aroma, to be paired with a sweet touch from the dessert bar, you’ll definitely find your happiness in this wide selection of desserts and believe me you’ll ask for more.This little hidden gem on the stairs of Gemmayze, is the perfect place to grab a quick coffee or even meet your friends over a creamy Cappuccino and enjoy your weekly session of chit-chats and gossips or just come to study or work and get inspired by this very artistic atmosphere. And every room has its own charm, you just have to come and discover your favorite one.
As you step inside, you travel back in time with the vintage style decor. Friendly and welcoming staff. Limited meal choices in the menu, the focus is more on the drinks. The banoffee dessert is super delicious, dont miss it!
I have visited this coffee place three times and ive fell in love with their coffee, desert and the overall relaxing set. Their mocha is really special and the cookies are very delicious. Will definitely come back to try more items on their menu.
The coffee room is a beautiful cafe on the st nicolas stairs in gemmayze. The place is beautiful and feels like home. We stayed for 2 hours without noticing.The staff are so friendly and helpful. I tried :- frozen limonade : tasty and refreshing – nutella cake : tasty and light. Overall the place is amazing.Highly recommended
A beautiful cafe on the St Nicholas stairs in Gemmayze. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We sat outside and we ended up staying for like 2h without noticing. Very relaxing place where you can come to work, study or chill with friends. I had an iced brewed coffee which was delicious and very refreshing with the heat. I also tried the nutella cake which is great and not heavy at all. Prices are fair. Overall, one of the best cafes in beirut. Highly Recommended!
A beautiful coffee shop in Mar Michael -St. Nicholas stairs. Literally a gem with its lovely garden and trendy interior. I just had coffee with a small piece of cake and they were ok. I recommend the place for people who like to have a quiet place to read and have a hot drink.Next time I visit I’ll try the food and more items.
The latest addition to Rue St Nicolas, and what can I say but what a beautiful gem!This is the type of places you try once, instantly fall in love with, and find yourself going back regularly for the perfect peace of mind and tasty coffee.An old house with a spacious garden refitted into a modern coffee shop with a beautifully executed interior: artsy paintings here and there, stylish lights hanging off the ceiling, even disco balls in one section, with each room teleporting you to a different era.As for the essence of this place, coffee, well it was just great.All beverages were neatly presented, appealing to the eye and soul. We did not get the chance to try any items off the food/dessert menu but we will definitely be back to sip quality brewed coffee and grab a bite.
