*****THIS REVIEW DEDICATED TO TAWLET AMMIQ BRANCH*****Drove two hours to have another “ Tawlet” experience because last weekend we tried and actually enjoyed Tawlet Deir el Qamar! However this place was a huge disappointment. It was just not clean! The food was not stored in good temperature and so many flies were just nesting inside the buffet. The Hummus had a yellow crusty layer that formed on its surface, it just looked old and is a disgrace to Lebanon and all Hummus lovers. We asked for saj manakeesh and they were served to us reheated clearly not very fresh. Staff were unattentive and table very unclean – no apology when we complained and staff were simply arrogant and rude.I do not recommend anybody to frequent this establishment as they clearly do not appreciate customers and think their reputation can replace consistency.A major let-down. “To open a shop is easy, to keep it open is an art”
