Went there for first time to have Shisha, hot drinks, desserts, and to have a nice time with family in a nice place and nice location after we had lunch outside. The service was very slow, not accurate, and the team there were lost. There was no crowd and most of the staff have nothing to do. The problem is out of 20 desserts items, only 4 are available to order. Cappuccino served cold, Turkish coffee served late! Not enough heaters for the outside area. Only Shisha special is good and the flavor was perfect but we need to call for charcoal. No dedicated staff for our table and no follow up. Bad experience for my first time visit to this place.

My experience at Ahwet Zeitouna was average. The restaurant is well located and the food is tasty. Saj Chicken and Moutaball were tasty! The service was below average and I felt like all the waiters are trainees. The manager visited our table to apologize (which I really apprecite).Note that the portions are kind of small and not very practical to share with someone.
