It can get extremely loud and that’s just because the restaurant is one large room with no real division, the positive thing is that when we were there it was mostly non smokers and the smokers were in the enclosed terrace. The tabbouleh was very fresh, the seafood was good, not the best but good still. The service was very professional and they really cared about the food which is always calming when it comes to allergies. No concrete gluten free options. Not very knowledgeable but were eager to understand and do their best to accommodate.

Would spend hours more than planned at Seray living up to its name in ambiance, food taste and service excellence. Vegans might even be tempted to go for Raw meat with its display, overall excellent menu and tasty food topped by both raw fish selection and the regular fish menu
All time favorite Lebanese food restaurant.If you feel like going to a fancy place without over paying, Seray would be a good option as prices are very reasonable. The food is really good. The waiters are polite and kind. The ambiance is nice. All in all, definitely recommended.
One of the most classy restaurant in beirut. Very elegant with a nice interior. The service is good and quick. I adored the shrimp fate, but i wish it had more shrimps. The fattoush was okay and the Castaleta was dry and not tender as well.
