We went there for hot chocolate, I was told that the chocolate used was the same as George 5 Hotel in Paris. My oh my you will not be dissapointed. The ambience is lovely, beautiful music played by a pianist, portion size and taste of the food is great (one of us ordered a burger) and service is impeccable as always by the Four Seasons.

Taking the coffee break to another level, i enjoyed sipping a tasty illy cappuccino and savoring the:- chocolate and nuts served aside- pain perdu with berries and vanilla ice cream: i was not super satisfied as the texture was not great, it tended to be a bit dry and not soaked enough- profiterole: outstanding presentation and taste: topped with chocolate sheets stamped with four seasons logo and drizzled with extra chocolate sauceThe service was top notch and i was really happy to meet Chef Mohamad!Would love to be back and try other items. ptitnfit.com

The best breakfast Buffet in Beirut is at the Four seasons hotel. It’s is rich with a variety of tasty, delicious pastries and fruit. You get also to order a hot plate , I had the white egg omelette and it was to die for. The price is a bit high but worth it

Beautiful & luxurious lobby lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel! At the center they always have different sweets on display, sometimes macarons, sometimes pâtisseries, today they had chocolates, sold by the piece.I went there in the afternoon for desserts and ordered Profiteroles, I liked it more than other places because it didn’t have ice cream inside, it had crème pâtissière instead and it was so good! Service is five stars! Will always be back!

Afternoon Tea is served daily in The Lobby Lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel. When we arrived, we were welcomed and seated at a table, while the waiter prepared another one for us. It was transformed into an elegant setting ready to receive the tea and its delicacies. We were provided with a set menu of what was to be expected, and we chose our tea from the various options we had. The service was very good, and the waiters poured our tea for us into the teacup using a sieve. My English Breakfast tea was how it should be, and now it was time for the treats. First came the savory sandwiches and quiches, then came the dessert pastries. Both came with scones. I absolutely loved the scones. They were delicious and I still daydream about them, long after I have had them. As for the sandwiches, quiches, tarts, macarons…all the rest, I expected more from a fancy hotel. They were mediocre in my opinion, especially the macarons; they were borderline amateurish. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I resorted to my comforting hot chocolate with vanilla. A better experience at the Four Seasons Hotel would be the breakfast they serve. saltedcaramel85.wordpress.com

First I would to thank The Four Seasons Hotel for the invitation.Second, it is a must to emphasize on the warm welcoming and the lovely team.Third, the ambiance is really good, cozy with a special piano touch.Fourth, Food was really nice:The seafood platter is something not to miss specially the oysters. The risotto was delicious with a seduction of truffle smellThe Beetroots salad was fresh and healthy. The tenderloin was great with the delicious puree. The Grouper was good having the taste of the sea.The duck was tasty and tender. The burger was simple and delicious at the same time.As for the dessert:The mille feuille is highly recommended. The profiterole is also tasty and fresh. The pain perdu is a mixing between the original one and a nespresso ‘perdu’ in the taste. Finally, thank you for the nice experience we had, thank you for the Chefs who took care of us and for the whole team

I would like to Thank Zomato and FsBeirut for the foodie meet up invitationFrom the moment you set foot on the entrance you are greeted with nothing but respect and a full smile to make you feel at homeA pianist playing in the background for a chill and elegant atmosphereThen the food arrived, and wow! Generous seafood platter, fresh beetroot salad well seasoned and delicious, the risotto is amazing!!! Light, green (from spinach puree and asparagus) – all natural and healthy, aldente and packs a burst of flavors in each biteThe main dishes were very well presented (steak with yummy truffle potato puree) and grouper fish with vegetables and saffron broth (the seared fish had a hint the salt that marinated well with the vegetables) i had the duck a l’orange (tasty, cooked to perfection and served with homemade pasta gratin) yum yum yumThen arrived the burger! Thank God i had more space to taste it because it was divine! Thick patty, brie cheese and blueberry ketchup!! As for the desserts, the pain perdu was prepared with a twist, dunk in cream and espresso so you get a burst of coffee with each bite, perfect. Deconstructed lemon pie was good but i feel it needs a kick of lemon and some improvement with the cream, the mille feuille was very good but i think the ice cream alone was a bit too sweet, but balanced well the mille feuille when paired with it
