The strawberry tart at sea choice er des idees is mouth watering, soft, and has the right amount of sugar covered with sugar glazed strawberries. Does choice at des idees offers a variety of tasty cakes. Highly recommended

I grabbed a variety of croissants for breakfast from this pastry shop this last Sunday. It’s the French kind of croissants not the Lebanese version. The dough was buttery, crunchy not oily nor spongy. The problem was with the cheese kind. Filling was really poor and the dough was super sweet !!! On the other hand chocolate croissant was good but the star was the choco/amande it was super tasty. the croissant is for 4000L.L.

To be fair and squareNot just the best croissants you could have with in Beirut area, by far that was the best croissant I had since a long time within all the places i’ve been to. Simply the bestThat goldish perfection of the color, the fact u see the layers when u bite through, super fluffy inside, the right amount of butter, plain and simple for when u want to enjoy the real tasteThe chocolate is a must!! Gives u a small idea about the high quality chocolate usedI cant eat almonds in sweets due to allergies but i know *after trying* that i can have an extremely small amount that won’t cause a horrible rashI just couldn’t resist trying the almond one after the emmm yummm ohh i was hearing from the others and it was surprisingly wowThe eclairs, delicious batter, balanced stuffing of smooth creamy chocolate and topped with enough chocolate to give every bite u take the same amount of balanced sweetnessDesserts with the chef’s twist it’s obviouslyThere will definitely be other visitsThey tend to make changes every now and thenThe staff are very nice, nice place, super hygienic, a display that calls u to want every option u seeCakes by the slice, tarts are really good in portion, easily sharedPrices for the quality of high ingredients used is just fineHighly recommended and worth every bite

A really good and heavenly place for croissants lovers. In my croissants hunt today in the tiny streets of achrafiyeh, it was a place i have bookmarked and it was about time on a rainy day. I did not hesistate to go for the cheese halloumi croissant and the chocolate one.Wow. You will be tempted to go for big bites and swallow them. The smell itself was good enough to put a smile on my face. Real multi layered croissants made by a master chef thats clear. Good butter quality and holy crispiness in every bite.I loved the cheese croissant and maybe one of my best cheese croissant in lebanon. 5/5The chocolate croissant was also great but a bit too buttery on the base, it was too buttery to the naked eyes, but worth every bite, especially the chocolate filling inside it. 4/5Overall great croissants, if we put aside the extra butter in them, they are worth the pleasure. This place is one of my top 3 in croissants rating in lebanon. For croissant lovers, pass by!
