Great location, really pleasant, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and service. absolutely amazing service highly recommended and definitely coming back again soon
Very Good service , great taste , I advise to try the Pitchers collection . Also they have a great ambiance , a mist visit during your visit to beirut city , not to forget the great view on beirut martyrs square
Went there during the Eid, by chance! Cherry on the rooftop was not even on our list but when we called them they seemed the most hospitable place (knowing we tried to get into many places but all required reservation). They were kind enough to accept us on such a busy night without even a reservation. When we got there the place was almost full it had only two tables empty. We were greeted by a very friendly and professional waiter. The mood was sooo nice and the view was breathtaking. I found out what all the fuss was about concerning le gray. The view is really worth it.We ordered moscow mule and passion fruit martini. I must say the passion fruit was absolutely delicious. As for the food we ordered 3 sets of makis and salmon sashimi, mini burgers and nachos. Sushi needs no debate, by far the best I have EVER tasted. Extremely fresh and I swear you can taste each ingredient as a distinct one which makes it all the more deliciousAs for the burgers, the meat was so juicy and tasty.Nachos were new to me, I absolutely loved them tho. Also, service was fair. Thought the waiters must be a bit more attentive , like we had to ask for tissues 3 times. The 4th time i just switched waiters. Needless to say prices are on the high side, but it’s a perfect destination for a romantic date. Very much recommended!
Went for dinner and some drinks, the location and view are great, sushi is very good and so are the drinks, the only problem was that when I came to pay the tab the waiter told me that the POS lost connection and he needed to charge the card again. I told him that I received a text message stating that the money has be withdrawn and he can check with the bank, so he did check with the bank and had me go to the phone and give them my personal details and they did confirm that the money had been withdrawn yet they insisted they charge the card again. I charged my card again and left. When you have a bank confirming to you that the transaction has been made you definately don’t charge the card again and have the customer wait for a week to get his money back. Very unprofessional behavior
Beautiful little outdoor bar on top of Le Gray Hotel! It has a glass swimming pool that gives it a special ambiance with the view of Downtown Beirut. The music is amazing and the service is great! Our waiter was so nice and friendly he brought me exactly the cocktail taste I had in mind! Will definitely go back!
Went there on friday.Our night didn’t start great because the waiter judge we were maybe too young for the place and warned us that they had a minimum charge. We found that not very elegant.The location of this place is perfect. On a lovely rooftop in the heart of the city with a pool and fresh breeze. As for the food and drinks:We started with some gin and a tropical margarita.The margarita wasn’t really great.The mini angus burgers were really tasty and juicy! We also had Sake Salmon sashimi and the Slamon crunch. Booth were great. Their Salmon is really fresh and delicious.We asked the waiter for two other cocktails and he gave us a fresh and juicy one with passion fruit that was good.They offered us at the end a lovely fondant au chocolat with some fresh berries and ice cream. It was really perfect.The live music was impressive. The musician and singer were really good. The sound was a bit too high considering that the place is not that big and there is no space to dance.The drinks are a bit overpriced.Still Recommended.
