I had very delicious pain au chocolate with illy cappuccino, very nice place , very class and quite , i had a good experience in Lobby of le gray hotel
Very chic place, we went there last week. We had two Jasmine teas, a juice, and two cakes (the flowerless chocolate cake and the carrot cake). Everything was great! Service is good, prices are on the higher end.I have one observation though: when serving loose leaf tea in a pot, infusion time should be take into consideration, because what’s happening is that by the time I finish my first cup, and pour the second, the tea leaves are left in the hot water too long and start releasing tannins which gives it a very bitter taste. The leaves should be put in a strainer and then in the water, this way we can remove it depending on the intensity preference. On your menu infusion time for Jasmine Tea is 3-4 mins. The leaves sat in the water for 20 minutes. I recommend, I will be back more often as I recently became a spa member.
