Amazing location but appalling service. Took ages just to get us the menu and none of the waiters spoke English or French which was a surprise since it is a tourist dominated locality. They also didn’t accept cards under 20$ despite having Visa logo at their entrance. When we didn’t tip at the end of this harrowing experience, the waiter started muttering abuses.A great location with a lot of potential but they really need new staff. For others considering this place – just go across the street to Grand Cafe. It is better in every imaginable way.

The location is nice and shisha was nice but took ages to arrive same as fondant took very longtime to arrive i tried to cancel but they brought it when i was paying the bill .The fondant is not a fondant it was a chocolate cake wayyyy overcoocked not a single drop of molten chocolate came down on the platei didn t taste it and they refused to remove from bill .not going there another time very unproffessional
Cozy place with nice music good service and the team is welcoming.. hood prices for the service too.. definitely recommend for a hangout with friends
One of the worst restaurants in Beirut!I went there on a Friday night with couple of friends. The service was very slow and the waiters were unconcerned and didn’t give any attention to their clients.Although their prices are low but their portions are small too. Not to mention that everything was very oily (fries, batata harra, cheese rolls and even taouk). We were also charged at the end for the crackers!!Definitely we will not be coming back soon and something should change very fast since this restaurant is located in a very touristic spot in Beirut.
Tried this place for the first time! Honestly the experiene was very below my expectations. When we arrived it took them a while to come and give us the menu although the restaurant was almost empty! Not to mention when I wanted to drink water the smell of the cup wasn’t nice! We ordered:1- Saj labne2- ShishaIn a nutshell:1- The labne wasn’t that good, and they could have worked on the presentation more.2- The shisha was okayTo be honest, I won’t visit this place again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
