It was a private event dinner. The food was very good. Very well seasoned and tasty. Salads were amazing especially the Tabbouleh that had a home cooking taste. The service is quick, the staff very nice
we had a 4 day training, except for a small issues that was directly solved, a very nice training place with a descent menu. i loved the salmon and greek salad!!
Being approached by management, and considered our reviews. The following 2 days were served with nice main dishes. Wednesday, we were served with tender Barbecue meat, with couscous on the side. The participants enjoyed every peice of it. While thursday we had a salmon filet served with rizotto. The surprise was an exotic mhallabieh with pistachio. I Loved it.The chef prepared for usWe have chosen Key Apart to have a serie of workshops.Yesterday, we had a convenient buffet with a variety of salads and 2 main dishes. The hotel with modern design, gives you the impression that you are in the middle of a busy hub of Beirut. But it is situated in a somehow newly built area with not much urban landscape features. The terrace with light matrieals and colors makes you travel in your thoughts to some greek islands. Staff is so nice, helpful and ready to assist. On my surprise, today main dish lunch was composed of the leftovers of yesterday lunch. Rice was dry with a weird taste, the fish was cold from the inside while soaking in hot tomato sauce. No one enjoyed his lunch. And this made us all frustrated. At least they could have prepared a better fresh rice.Although the hotel concept is outsanding, but today lunch was much of disappointment.
Quaint ambiance with a low noise level. Everyone loved the sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere and the food. The hotel is new, modern, simple…bref a l’europeen. I had the cheese mankouscheh for breakfast and it was delectable! During lunch (we only had a light lunch), chicken Caesar salad and fattouch were great. The cheese sandwiches were also delightful. People similarly enjoyed the meat sandwiches. Would love to return to try their hot dishes.Recommended for business meals.
It’s a new restaurant in town, located at the national museum district, in The key apart-hotel. I’ve tried THE CELLAR twice, it was a dinner on both occasions. You’ll love the location, since it’s a very wide area with plenty of places to park. The inside architecture is average (I thought it would be fancy), But it’s a comfortable, contemporary dining area that opens outward into a private terrace. The waiters are friendly but honestly you can feel that they are not that well trained. The restaurant accepts orders until 10.30 pm and features premier coffees, beverages and drinks (including fine wines and spirits) and a wide variety of food.I’ve tried the salmon salad (lettuce, saumon fumé, raw saumon (sashimi) and lemon zest), the eggplant and cheese salad (roasted eggplants and chèvre cheese rolls lying on a bed of assorted greens), pavée de saumon platter, chicken mushroom platter Italian style, fondant au chocolat. The service is fast and good. Someone on another table asked to see the chef and he came in no time! This is awesome. The food tastes good and the presentation is nice.
I discovered this place randomly and I’m glad i did.I went there for lunchtime so it wasnt very crowded.-I ordered the edamame and the Caesar salad. The edamame lacked saltiness but the salad was just delicious! And it was also quite filling.-The waiter was friendly.PS: they introduced a very cute idea that you wouldnt get at any other restaurant. U can send postcards to anyone in the world for free! And this comes in handy especially during the holiday season.
