I just ordered a Smoked Salmon Sandwich, the order took 1hour and 20 min to arrive. The first time I called them it was after 40 min of placing the order, the lady informed that they do have many orders and I should wait for 10 more minutes. The second time I called she promised that she will call the delivery guy and call me back, she called back after 5 min in informed me that the order is at my door, but he was not, it took him 10 more minutes to arrive and he did not know the name to who he should deliver. The food was ok, the presentation was good, I really liked the bread. I do not think that I will order again, I did not like their customer service.
Loved the salmon sandwich. It’s a very simple sandwich and yet so many restaurants can get it so wrong. The chocolate lazy cake might need more chocolate in my opinion but all in all I’m glad I decided to try Bread Nine today!
