Phone reception can barely understand lebanese (she’s Syrian) broasted chicken is 14000LL on the menu i ordered one and asked how much is my bill she said its 14000 on the menu 15000 on the bill and i have to pay 16000 (the extra 1000 is not delivery charge)in addition the conversation took more than 4 minutes because she wasent able to understand what im saying. i dropped the order.

This review is about the branch located in Corniche El Mazraa region which I didn’t find on Zomato. I passed by this last Sunday around 16:00 to take a way the family offer they have. The place is new and looks clean. The family offer consists of 1 gas grilled chicken + 1 crispy fried chicken (broasted) + fries + 4 soft drinks + garlic paste + pickles + col slaw for only 25000 L.L. Unfortunately the staff isn’t that professional. They are all very young with amateurs attitude. I waited for 40 minutes to get my order !!! They need to be more organised. As for the food I can say it’s fairly acceptable. The chicken was not that juicy but it wasn’t bad neither.
Last night me and a bunch of guys, felt like having shawarma. We tried the 3 shawarma $5 offer, and it wasn’t that much.The chicken was OK, but the garlic in it was not much.The meat was good, but the saj bread doesn’t fit in. And the most annoying part, is that in one of the chicken shawarma we found a little iron.I’ll give the review a 3 stars, hoping they’ll fix everything!!
