I only went there for a drink and told the staff this when I arrived.Nonetheless I got a table with the best view in the restaurant and enjoyed wonderful views of the Pigeon Rocks while sipping a beautifully chilled beer.

This cafe is definitely one of the best places for sunset – get there early for a table with a view! The food is pricey and fairly average, so stick with the happy hour drinks (for 1 hour before sunset) and maybe a shisha.
rare in beirut; bad ingredients! And in an overpriced rundown cafe .. does the view worth that much? .. nop
the seating are excellent, the view is facing the famous Rouche Rock. Food is nice. the staff are welcoming
