Was invited to Daoud Basha restaurant at Lancaster for a conference dinner.The place has less than average decoration if it wasn’t for the beautiful bar.Food was extremely ungenerous and cheap (one plate of every 6(+) persons)Waiters were completely careless and non responsive.As for the food:-Hummus, mtabbal and fattouch were good.-Labné was tasteless.-Batata harra and r2a2at/kebbé were more “oil” than food..inedible!-Machawi platter was average.To me, Lebanese food is mainly about generosity and good service.This is a major touristic area at Raouche and I think this place should do major improvements.

One of the best places to enjoy a night, great dancer they have actually, great staff, affordable prices, their food is nit bad actually, their singer is also nice, a place to have a night with the guys!
This is a 3.5 stars review!We were invited to a dinner as a group of 12.The place had a nice calm ambience with a rather dim lightning to relax. Staff members were welcoming and started setting up the table on spot.Regarding the food, starting with the mezzah that wasn’t much diverse and each 4 were served 1 plate each :Hummus 4/5, taboule 3/5, fatouch 3/5, labne with garlic 4/5, grilled halloum 3/5, kebbeh 3/5,cheese sticks 3/5, sojok 4/5, and btata Harra 4/5.The main plate was mashawi and the tawouk was a solid 5/5 but meat and kafta weren’t so good.Regarding sweets, fruits were fresh, and the sweet fudge with caramel was ok, but the pistachio and ashta sweet was good.
Although the place is a bit expensive, the food tasted really nice. The mezza is really rich and the hommos is to die for. Tabbouleh needed a little bit more salt but other than that everything was great
Excellent lebanese food, nice place but closed area. If you love to watch a show. Visit this placeI prefer to have launch there not dinner.
One of the greatest places for family occasions to dine in when you think of an oriental place with beautiful atmosphere and location .. very friendly welcoming staff over here , comfortable place and generous menu with delicious food I strongly recommend this place ..
