Although the order was cancelled, no idea how they marked it as done and paid, but since i am a loyal Domino’s customer, i never eat pizza from anywhere else and i love their unique taste and splendid dough. However, some branch should be opened near Damour area or so. Thank you

am a regular at the Dumbarton branch having bought pizzas there for over 10 years. It used to be good but I don’t know what’s happened recently. The service tonight was shocking. I had ordered and paid online and only needed to be handed my pizza. A woman who arrived seconds before me was served immediately but her pizzas weren’t ready. Then the member of staff vanished without even acknowledging me. I must have stood at the counter for 10 minutes while everyone ignored me. I could see my pizza only a few feet away on a shelf. Meanwhile a large number of staff messed around with organising pizzas for delivery six feet from me, all ignoring me. It was just rude especially when these people had only phoned whereas I had actually made the effort to drive there. I realise it was busy but why wasn’t anybody assigned to keep an eye on the front desk? Eventually after the woman who had come in before me was given her nice hot pizzas I was finally acknowledged and handed the pizza I’d been watching go cold for 10 minutes. When we got it home it had been irregularly sliced into 9 slices (so difficult to split between the two of us) and the toppings were wrong – it was a half and half and some of the toppings were absent or on the wrong half. Lukewarm, dry and heavy. Absolutely appalling and a total rip off for £10. Very disappointing. Won’t be returning for quite a while.
Nearly an hour to deliver the food. Pizza is definitely not worth waiting that long for. They can definitely work harder
