  This place has yummy food but it tends to be heavy and sometimes greasy but I guess that’s what makes it yummy. Must try the grape leaves. Oh and double check ur order they tend to forget things

  If ur looking to have a quick meal but cooked dishes, authentic recipes, and very clean place then somar is the place to be. The kharouf sandwich has been the star dish since so many years and its totally obvious why. And also the wara2 3anab is so tasty and had been cooked for a long time which makes it tender and sour

  Good restaurant, kharouf sandwich is good as well, have to improve the service, andnthe packaging, overall could be better, try kharouf sandwich

  This restaurant is really a needed one in Mar Elias area, and it gets crowded for its tasty daily dishes.We orderer: 1-Fajitta2-Shawarma Djej platter3-Frike and yogurt with cucumber In a nutshell:The staff (service) is cooperative in a way or another and they seem friendly. The view isn’t the best, but it is located in a market so no complains. 1-The fajitta sandwish was recommended by one of the waiters themselves when I was so confused with what sandwich to order, a crispy or fajitta one. The ingredients are all well fried and taste good and not so bad for upon the stomach.2-This platter is basically a very huge meal! The amount of shawarma is really generous as they are two sandwiches, and the service of pickles, potatoes, spice paste, and garlic paste is really great with the shawarma.3-This daily dish is really tasty and the frike itself is obviously cooked with سمنة or butter and the yogurt tastes really well with the sour taste to it.We would recommend this restaurant for anyone living or passing by this area or the areas nearby to it.

  The place looks good from outside. But when you enter you feel like it’s not maintained and the tables were very close to each other. The food was edible regarding the prices.

  First off the operator wasn’t paying attention to me while I was ordering she was talking to other people and I had to repeat to her many times that I want riz 3a djej she ended up sending me a totally different place that is meat .. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my order to come back ! They didn’t even apologize ! Second the portion is too small and it’s expensive and third the food is tasteless and The chicken tastes bad I didn’t enjoy my experience and I will never repeat this mistake !! Not recommended
