Beautiful restaurant in the heart of the city. Perfect spot for a date. The service was excellent and the food was good. We started with the Burrata which was good, but the portion compared to other restaurants is a bit smaller.We shared two main courses the truffle and asparagus linguini and the veal milanese, both were very good.For dessert we tried the Delice Phenicien (rose ice cream with bits of raha), very nice and light.Only suggestion i would have is for the restaurant to have some kind of background music. It would enhance the mood even more.
Excellent restaurant. I was quite impressed with the service as well as the food and presentation. Seeing as though the hotel is not exactly new and has a kind of traditional vibe to it, I was extremely impressed not only with the service, but also the way the food was presented which was very sophisticated and appetizing. The food was absolutely delicious, everything we had was excellent, we were not disappointed with a single thing. The chairs are not extremely comfortable if you’re sitting on the metal table and chairs at the rooftop but you can always move to the couch/lounge section afterward.
We went on Saturday night to have dinner with friends at Albergo rooftop. There was a private party in the restaurant downstairs and because of this party our order in the above restaurant at Albergo rooftop was 2 hours late after constantly asking the waiter for an update on our order. We ordered at 10 and the food was served at 11:45. This is not acceptable because the food was below average and extremely late.
Love at first sight..from the moment you enter the hotel till you reach the rooftop.place is amazing.we sat next to the swimming pool surrounded by nice trees and overseeing beirut.menu is rich and food is amazing..we loved everything we ordered including the dessert..highly recommended
This place looks calm and nice at first sight. However, it is extremely overpriced for nothing special. Moreover we ordered black label drinks, they served us red label (I have seen the bartender filling our drinks) and made us pay the black label. Such behavior is not acceptable and I will personally boycott the restaurant, and I guarantee that it will be along with all my family and friends.
