Was there last night ..we went without reservation . it’s a cozy place in Ashrafieh with mice table decoration The waiters are nice Very quick serviceWe ordered : As starter : shiitakes sautéed mushroom 4/5 a must try , very delicious sauce and spices As main dishes : -risotto au citron 3/5 .. it was okay but too lemonyyy- grattin de gnocchi with truffles 4/5.. tasted so good

Stem is a really nice place in the heart of Achrafieh where you can enjoy a special upscale international menu. We had the Beef Carpaccio, Capresse, Burrata, Salmon Bruschetta and Steak Platter. Everything tasted lovely and we had a nice time at the place. Perfect place for a nice romantic dinner or calm dinner with friends.
