  Le Cap is a beautiful restaurant located in a very cute nook. The view is charming specially coming in on a boat! We really enjoyed the food! We had mezze that included Hummus, Mutabbal, Fattouch, Batata Harra, Fries, Octopus Provençal (and another octopus entrée), Tajine, Batrakh and Raw Fish with soya sauce. Also had a big grilled fish & a tray of fried fish, both were cooked to perfection specially the grilled one, well cooked yet very juicy. For desserts they offered fruits (watermelon, melon, grapes, plum) and loukoum & biscuits.Prices are very fair! Service was basic, nothing exceptional but nothing bad either.If I rated it 3 stars it’s for this one thing I saw in the ladies bathrooms, inside one seat there was at least 4 dead cockroaches. The other seats were not better btw! It turned my stomach and made me question the cleanliness of the place (that looked spotless everywhere else!) So it’s up to you!

  The place in under rated honestly! I think the place should have a 4 star rating easily! Excellent service, polite and friendly staff, fresh sea food to be picked from his fridge! Your appetizers and fattouch are AMAZING!I love the setting and the view of the sea from your outside tables!

  My Fiance and I went for dinner on 4-6-2019 at 11: 30 pm to Le cap amchit. As we entered, we saw a man, maybe the manager sitting in the office so we asked if we could be served. He told us that we need to order fast as they will be closing the kitchen soon. We picked our order of 5 jumbo shrimps, to be grilled and 1.100 kg of assorted fish to be fried and went to have a seat in the outdoor area.After finishing the tabbouleh, the shrimps & fish were served. After a while we noticed that either one of us had sultan Ibrahim knowing that we had ordered 4 pcs. We asked the maître to speak to the chef about the manner, he came back and told us that they would deduct the amount of sultan from the bill after he had been very rude and unprofessional. We waited for the desserts but they didn’t serve us any like they did with all tables and billed us for the sultan that we didn’t have and as they promised to remove from the bill. i do not advice anyone to go there as they are very far away from the sequence of service and etiquette of any Lebanese business cuisine . My Fiance and i both work in the hospitality business as top management in the most prestigious 5 star restaurants in Lebanon making us eligible and trustworthy when giving a bad review .our experience in Le cap amchit was a big failure !!!!!

  This is a good place to go out with your family they have a verry good taste and veryy good location they need to work on the staf they are good but they can do best

  A Great fish and traditional Lebanese restaurants. The service needs a lot of work along with the hygiene and the staff training. Recommended for a Sunny day in spring and summer.

  The only thing that bothered me is how we stood for like 2 minutes at the entrance before someone came and helped us with the reservation. Beside that, the food was good. They have a big variety of mezze and they are generous. The prices are fair and the view is really nice.
