A pinnacle of Byblos, Aleph Rooftop boasts majestic views of the ruins and the citadel as well as the city’s seafront.The bar serves 4 special cocktails amongst many others, and the house’s best is the Gin Basil. To nibble on, Aleph serves a selection of salads, appetizers, burgers and sandwiches.Producing its hit formula of chilled laid-back vibes, Aleph does all the charm in an off-the-cuff setting. Its Lebanese homey feel resonates with the upbeat formalities of Byblos’ new dinky streets.

Auch a lovely place!The staff are nice and the manager was friendly.As for the drinks. They are delicious. And extra star for having Ixsir as a wine choice. It was excellent.We had gin and sangria .Also tried a few of their appetizers. Soo good!Definitely recommended !

Avocado was missing from the crab salad also the apple from the halloumi salad and the taste was bellow average.•there was only one person who worked as a waiter/bartender .•with some enhancements this place could be the new gem.
If you are looking for a perfect viewww this place has ur! It overlooks the sea and jbeils ruins. I watched a perfect sunset over there. The music is so nice. Loved the drinks as well. As for the food the steak sandwich is delicious loved it! The halloumi salad is tasty. Calamari rings and tenders need adjusment. Recommended for rooftop lovers and for staying in this cute boutique hotel.
