The staff is really friendly . The view from the restaurant is amazing : The kalaa in Jbeil. Cocktails and drinks are good even the the tabouleh and hummus , warak enab were really good But regarding the bbq platter , the meat wasn’t really so delicious and a bit undercooked .
This place has the best ambience and view at the end of Jbeil souks next to the bay. Unfortunately, they failed at the dining experience. We had a variety of Mezza, and we also ordered Tawouk & Calamari. Nothing tasted good and the place needs a lot of improvements from the quality side of the food it serves. I only enjoyed the Calamari. The staff is beyond good, and the place is amazing, but the food wasn’t up to level.
If I can give it a minus, I would honestly. I have never ever lived any bad experience as the one I did in this so-called restaurant. The worst customer service ever! We arrived, tried looking/sitting on a clean table, not one single table had been cleaned and tidied. We waited for someone to come in and clean it up, no one did. We begged the staff to come clean the table, to give us menus, to take out our order! After taking our order, no one showed up. We called them and asked for dishes, for the drinks, for the bread, for the forks and knives! The food came in without putting spoons in each dish. How can we pour the food without silverware? The food was not fresh and cold. After calling them a hundred times for bread and drinks, we asked for the manager. Someone came in to talk to us, obviously not the manager, had the poorest way of problem solving skills. That is besides cleanliness and hygiene. Disaster. The prices are too high comparing to the service you get as well as to the taste of the food. Check the uploaded images, they would be more than enough for you to understand what kind of a place that is! Shameful, Ministry of Health and Tourism should shut his place down.
Even in winter you can enjoy the amazing view. I recommend this place for many reasons. First, they received you very well. Second, the service was very good and fast. Third, the taste of seafood (calamari, octopus, moules provinciales), fatouch, hommos with meat, potatoes, wine.. is perfect. But in the second floor, there’s no music.

Its an excellent place to go with friends and family and have a quality time. Its absolutely fresh , Very tasty food , great location I recommend this place
