Tried Margherita Di Mare yesterday with a friend. The place is nicely decorated. The food was great: Bresaola pizza was delicious, loved the brown doughThe Carbonara wasn’t tasty, it was dry.The Ravioli Porcini was to die for! Amazing taste.I highly recommend the Ravioli
I visited Margherita Mare for dinner with my friend after her recommendation and i wasn’t disappointed. The staff is very welcoming, the atmosphere is very nice and the service was fast. Most importantly the food was very delicious. I tried the Ceasar salmon salad, the diavola pizza and the white&green pasta with white sauce. All three dishes were very tasty.Totally recommended!!
Tried this place in the summer, apologies for the late review. Restaurant was not up to the expectations. Order took around 30-35min to be served, nothing to recommend from the below plates except for the Pizza. Restaurant was below my expectations, won’t comeback again.
The last experiences at margherita were a little bit disappointing. It’s usually one of my favourite places. But lately salads don’t seem to be fresh and the taste of food has degraded.
First time at Margherita Mare and definitely not my last. I visited it on a Saturday night for dinner, the place was fully crowded. We sat by the window. The place is cozy and the lights inside are dimmed. We had the bresaola con parmigiana reggiano, parmigiana di melanzane and the diavola pizza. All platters were delicious and hot. Pizza crust is perfect and can be easily cut. The service was fast and prices are average. Definitely recommended for a cozy dinner.
Ambience: the ambience was good, calm, if you sit in the lower terrace you’ll be right next to the sea, but it’s a bit narrow though rating: 4 over 5Food and drinks : the food was not bad, we had a vegetarian pizza which was really good along with the Ravioli alla burrata, which was really disappointing specially taste wise. Worth to mention that the white wine was really goodRating 4 over 5Service: service was fast and accurate, the place served us tomato sauce with some tender bread. Rating 4 over 5Value for money : the prices were fair given the portions and the taste of the food. Rating 4 over 5Overall Rating : went there on a date, the place wasn’t too crowded, could hear and be heard easily. Worth to mention that if you want a table by the sea, reservations are a bit tricky;whereas you have to wait on the upper seating area in order to wait for a table. All in all i would recommend the place for a date or a friendly gathering. Overall rating : 4 over 5
We tried the outdoor seating with the nice seaview. We ordered diavola pizza: it was good but it didn’t have basil in it as mentioned in the menu. We also ordered the oven baked gnocchi and it was delicious but the plate presentation was not very appealing. The service was very slow and the waiters were inattentive.
