  We went to makhlouf for lunchtime, today (sunday),We ordered 2 sandwiches of tawook and kebab , that were great specially the tawook with that « grill »taste !The fatouch was very yummy so the coriander potatoes, the kebbeh was bad, it doesn’t have that lebanese kebbeh taste And a shawarma plate that was not bad expect for the plate design, that was poor (it came without fries and garlic or the shawarma dip)The service was fast but i suggest to improve the hygienic quality of their food .

  Although it was very crowded, the staff managed to get us a seat by the sea so we can enjoy the view. The service was great, and the food was excellent

  We went there at 4:15 looking for a fast meal so we ordered a sandwich of orfali, a sandwich of beef shawarma and a plate of batata b kizibra. After 45 mins, the batata b kizibra plate came, we tried it, the potato was totally raw!!! We called the waiter, he checked it and said that they will change it. 10 mins later ( which means after 55 mins from order), the orfali sandwich came. On the second bite, the orfali meat was raw to an extent that it was fully red. Again we called the waiter and he said that they will change it! Finally 10 mins later (which means after an hour and 5 mins) the shawarma sandwich came, we opened it and it was chicken shawarma instead of beef shawarma!!!! For the third time, we called the waiter and again they said they will change it!!!! so waiting for more than an hour, three orders came wrong! So we had to wait again to redo all the orders! The excuse was that they had too much people although not even 50% of the tables were occupied! If a restaurant cannot handle 50% of their space, then why do they accept orders or even open? After asking for the bill, the waiter apologized and he gave us the bill! An apology is not accepted for such mistakes from a restaurant, specially that we were looking for a quick meal and it took 2 hours!

  It was one of my worst experience . the waiters dont even know what’s in the menu. We asked if the pizza was big and enough for 2 prs, the first waiter said no then the other said they have many sizes then the third one told us that its one size pizza but enough for 2 so every waiter was saying a different thing . We asked if we can take baked potato instead of fries the waiter said no then the other one said yes then the third one said that he will ask the kitchen . the sojok sandwich wasnt great it was actually empty and the bread wasnt fresh . When we left and left no tips the waiter came and see the check before we left and looked at us in a bad way . With a location like this you should really reconsider your staff !!

  Went there for Saturday night to have dinner with friends, breathtaking sea view, great ambience, affordable prices, good food, recommended for relaxing.

  Been there for the first time the food was good and everything BUT NO SECURITY NO PROFESSIONALISM While leaving I paid for valet, got in the car and left the place After 15 mins i realized that my wallet is missing so i returned hoping to find it there cause i was sure it fell down when i took the money out for the valet since i didn’t enter any other place They accepted to open the cameras, but what a surprise THE CAMERAS PRESENT THERE DONT RECORD AND SAVE they’re just a good decoration placed to manipulate people going inTheir only answer was “ Go and complain at the outpost” And I didn’t find my wallet
