I ordered mozzarella sticks and they remained frozen. When i told them about it they took it with their hands and threw it back in the boiling pan and brought it back to me. What a beautiful experience.
It was a small delivery order of 3 items that took 50 min although it was a weekday and not rush hour. Item 1, plain burger, patty and ketchup for my 8-year old, arrived as somewhat cold Queen Burger (mushroom, cheese, etc..)the operator probably didn’t know the meaning of Plain 🙁 although I stressed on it . Item 2, fries, arrived as freezing fries, really very cold, not even lukewarm. Of course, my daughter ended up eating something else from the fridge. Item 3, Tuna salad which says on the menu olives and shredded carrots, in addition to corn, Pasta and tuna, we received it without the olives and carrots and was loaded with tomatoes (it was not mentioned on the menu on Zomato) which I really hate with tuna. It was a totally different salad. To be fair, the quality and portions were good. When I called to give my evaluation, the response was rather positive and friendly. We might give it a second chance by visiting the pace but definitely not delivery.
Such a lovely burger place . Delicious burgers and fries , beautiful ambience, prices are reasonable, the staff is highly professional and friendly and the hygiene is optimal always. Highly recommended place .
had high expectations for this place however reality did not meet its standards. the fries were old, the sausage did not not taste like meet and the tacos and burritos werent enjoyable
We ordered 4 BBC burgers which should consist of: a bun, meat, bacon, bbq, street sauce, caramelized onions, lettuce, and pickles! Instead we got a 10 day old bun, meat, lettuce, bbq, no bacon no caramelized onions, and only mustard instead of that street sauce! What the hell?
