The operator lacks communication skills and has attitude. We ordered at 10:38 literally 3 zaatar which were delivered at 11:26. Almost 50 min for 3 zaatar from sarba to atcl street. Had i gone and picked them up myself it would have taken 10 min. Before the driver arrived the operator called us with a rude attitude saying u told me atcl and the driver went there and ddnt find u. i did not tell her my address since theyve delivered countless times so my address is saved she actually repeated my address correctly over the phone and than called to yell at me saying the driver went to atcl club which we never said. What’s funny is the address was correctly written on the invoice so we donno why the driver went to the wrong address to begin with! And why she called us to blame us for it.
