First time trying vegan food! I LOVED IT! The taste is new, the owner of the kiosk was very friendly; we tried these several plates. Plus, we taste the “bacon” aside, “cheese”, and portions of the chickenless. I would recommend everyone to try it.
Been wanting to try this place for some time now but kaslik was always out of my way so it took me some time. When I finally found myself in the area, I knew I had to make a stop here for lunch. To start off, the location is very cute & down to earth, had the weather not been so hot, I would’ve spent a lot more time there just reading or journaling. The lovely lady working here was an absolute sweetheart.I ordered the chicken mozzarella burger, & replaced the fries with onion rings. The burger was huge & stuffed with ingredients, it was quite an enjoyable mess, however, I feel like a little adjustment can be made to make it even better;Perhaps an ingredient or two could be eliminated in order to give the burger a more consistent flavor, as I felt like the flavor was lost among the many ingredients. This was my first time having vegan chick’n & I was honestly very impressed, it was super crispy & a lot like regular chicken, I could barely tell the difference! The combination of fried chick’n & fried mozzarella cheez was a little confusing though because at some point, with the mess of the cheez, vegan mayo, tomato, etc.. I couldn’t really tell them apart visually. As I said, maybe eliminating an ingredient or two & rearranging the anatomy of the burger would give it the Justice it deserves – as it really is a satisfying & delicious combination of vegan yumminess!Hope to be back soonLove,Tripledip
