We tried this pâtisserie couple of times and never was disapointed with taste. On the other hand staff is not on top. You can fall on a bad day and regret buying from there and other days you can enjoy the experience. Our last time was not even polite as one of the waitresses acted very rudely toward my fiancee and same thing with another client just in front of us. A complain was done but no response from management. The best way to run a successful business is to have employees acting as owners I would say. Prices are very fair and cake size acceptable.

I ordered a cake for my engagement. The staff was very friendly and very professional!! The chef was detail oriented! I showed them a pictures they did it even better!! I can’t thank you enough

If i had to rate l’escalade based on previous experience, i will give it 3*Until i had the opportunity to try a new cake, the four seasons. It is so special, divided into 4 , each part is a different flavor , red velvet, oreo, chocolate and fraisier.It was light and delightful
