This place is a hidden gem in the inner roads of anfeh. It is a house from the outside and a bakery from the inside. I liked their dough. I tried the zaatar and cheese mixed together and it was so good. The quality of zaatar used is very good. The lahme b ajin needs some improvements. The meat can take some extra ingridients. Debs remen would give it a better taste too. Eggs and awarma, even though it is a bit oily, was so amazing. I loved it. One of the best I ever tasted. The omlette was so good too. I loved this place. BTW the prices are so fair. The prices are like any other manakish shop. I am coming again and this is for sure.

Summer is here! You might be going to Anfeh more often. So whenever you are around the block, make sure you visit feren Em Salim for an authentic Lebanese experience. Sweetheart ladies run the family business in an old house. We had almost all the manakish: za’atar, cheese, labneh, omelette, lahmeh b 3ajin and keshek. The dough is thin and crispy. Do not miss the cheese, keshek and za’atar mankoushé. This last one was so good we bought a bag of the homemade za’atar. As for dessert, we had their famous sugar coated/chocolate wrap. You should definitely be aware that this is one heavy roll but worth the calories.

When in anfeh, I love visiting this place to have breakfast or brunch. Good food and very authentic. Friendly staff, quick service, and good prices.

A very nice authentic furn in anfeh. Old house concept, run by few ladies. I tried the zaatar mankoucheh and the cheese one. Both are good, preferred the zaatar one. The dough and crust are a bit chewey, and overall heavy. Was expecting a more relaxed texture, less chewy, thinner and softer. I must say the zaatar mix is really nice and salty, makes you want to have more of it. Overall, below my expectations.( my expectations are very high when it comes to manakish)

Great place to enjoy awesome manakish. We ordered zaatar, cheese, eggs, lahm bajin and ghee with sugar and nuts. The dough is super crunchy on the borders and very tasty! Highly recommended

Em salim is a sweetheart. The feren brings back memories from childhood. We ordered mana2eesh bi gebne, lahme, zaaa3tar, bayd 3egge , and samne with sekkar. The dough is so tasty and the mna2eesh are delicious. Must try

A colleague at work got us some cheese and zaatar manouch along with the Mabrumit sikar.I had the cheese manouche and it was really good!! The dough didnt get soggy or firm it was just perfect along with a generous amount of cheese!I also tried the Mabroumit sikar. Buttery, sugary and crispy. Not diet friendly at all!Personally I don’t know where its located, but I would recommend to try it if you are in Anfeh!
