While i was waiting for my turn to pay, a woman next to me was asking politely about the cone size and suddenly the cashier starts yelling at her in a very disrespectful way . I was disappointed and i was sure that the manager will take action but unfortunately infront of him the cashier told the woman to accuse her without shame. So if an employee doesn’t respect the shop how she will respect the clients. We will never visit it again! Unprofessional!
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience today in this shop. The cashier lady was so impolite and unfriendly at all. She acted unpleasantly with us when asking her a simple question. Disrespectful! The manager should take action in such matters as this behaviour reflects the unprofesionalism of the staff and shows a bad image of the staff and shop owner as well. We will definitely not visit this shop anymore.
Really disappointed from Salem ice cream unprofessional staff. Cashier lady was extremely impolite and she was angry and nervous because we just asked her about the cone size, and the manager did not take any action. We were used to visit Salem ice cream on a weekly basis but from now on we will never visit it along with all the people that we know due to the impolite staff
I thought this place was overrated until i tried it, i was surprised with the flavors! A really delicious ice cream although I’m not a big fan of the dark chocolate dip at the end specially that it’s a purely authentic concept but i highly recommend it!
