Hidden gem in baskinta, google map will lead u there, the place is an old mountain house, where Mr Krikor and his wife do the yummiest types of manakish, it takes time, but good work needs time 🙂 plus they are all alone doing the job! Will not hesitate to visit them again.
No comments!!! I am in love with this place, Krikor and his wife, their passion and their very welcoming vibes! We had zaatar, cheese, lahmeh b aajin and eggs with awarma. Everything is so delicious, very wel done and the dough is fluffy. I will be back to taste the figs with cheese and honey!
An hour and a half drive to baskinta from beirut, and worth every single minute of my time.We ordered 3 manakish for 2 people, jebneh ma3 khodra, zaatar ma3 khodra, and beid w kawarma with cheese. Each man2oushe has a special taste, generously overloaded with ingredients. A single man2oushe can weigh up to 700 grams as stated by Mr. Krikor.
