Today we tried Sam Em Charbel, located in Bauchrieh Facing Halim library. A small place serving a wild variety of Saj. The owner is the person who makes the Saj, The restaurant is managed by the family.The place is very clean, the owner respects the hygiene by working, putting on gloves, a mask and a cap. We ordered Turkey and Cheese, Cheese, Lahme and the famous Saj Knefe a must taste and how it is made, really fabulous and amazing.All are big portions filled of ingredients. Craving for Saj, and for Saj lovers the place is a must visit.
I work in a place close to Saj em charbel; and I order a breakfast each morning at least 4 times a week; I have never tasted anything as good as their Turkey and Cheese ♥ even though the place is a bit more expensive than the other places; but it is totally worth it.and although i’ve never been there in person; Charbel is the nicest and most positive person to say Good morning to.Highly Recommend!
