Actual rating: 2.5Bourj El hamam used to be one of the best restaurants in Broummana back in the days. We were shocked as service was slow and the food was average and below average. Fattoush had barely any lemon and debes remmen, it was tasteless. Hommos was okay, not crunchy. Kebbe neye was good. Lahm meshwe and Tawook were average. You are not offered fruits at the end like other lebanese restaurants. Not only did we wait ages for the bill but they even gave us the wrong one at the beginning. Overall, Bourj El Hamam should be improving itself. It used to be one of the best in the area.
I’ve heard a lot about this place so I needed to try it. It’s a big place with a beautiful view but you need to make sure you got the reservations to enjoy the view. Now for the food all was great! Everything tasted fresh and clean but the salads portions are a bit smaller than other places.I enjoyed this place very much but they don’t cope very well with peak hours I happened to come at a busy hour and I had to wait for around 10mins to have someone to tell us where we can sit after I followed them to do so, so in short have your reservations ready to enjoy their service.

I Think The Rating 3.6 Here Goes For Their Poor Service! Cause When It Comes To Food,Burj L Hamam Doesnt Deserve Less Than 5!!To Start With Their Bad Service, we spent Like 15 mins just walking around the resto asking for help!! and a waitress not even the metre there gave us a table to sit on. Afterward,it took them nearly 10 mins to get us the menu!! i was shocked from their bad servicee!! The manager should work on making it faster cause its a well-known-yum resto!!& Only One Comment About The Foood Is That The Portion Of Fatoush & Taboule Comparing To Their Price Aree Tooo Smalll(One Plate Barely Feeds Two Persons)!!You can notice how good the rest were from the photos. BUT KEBBEH NEYYEH IS A MUSTTTT!! i havent taste a better one in my whole lifee.
