This rating was given based on a delivery experience:My friend and I ordered fish and chips dish which consists of fish, chips and tartar sauce, and batrakh sandwich with fries plate.On the phone we asked about the estimated time and the guy said it needs 15 minutes since we’re ordering to Antelias.We called at 4:10pm to order and at 4:55pm again to follow-up but they hanged up instead of answering and apologizing for the lateness.In two minutes after, the delivery arrives in a big box and both orders are in the same box not separated, with no sauce or cutlery assuming that we use hands to eat and i asked the delivery guy if he can get back the sauce but her refused saying that he’s on his way to beirut and have no time.We called back the restaurant and explained and the guy said that he needs to minutes to get us the sauce but it was a devastating experience overall because the delivery guy already refused to get it so we asked tl return the whole delivery after it already cooled down.N.B: it literally took the same delivery guy who was going to beirut 2 minutes to get the sauce and take back the delivery, so he couldn’ve done it instead of refusing at the first place.
The place is very spacious and the stuff is very welcoming service is great and food is amazing you can choose your fish and they cook it for you over all it’s a nice experience
My review is based on delivery. We ordered octopus sandwiches to work today, but we received Calamar sandwiches instead (calamar was written on the sandwiches too)We called and claimed but they told us it was ocotopus noting that it wasn’t and the meat was obviously calamar.It wasn’t the first time he did it to us, claiming that he changed the sauce.
Today we called to order Octopus Sandwiches. and they confirmed it is available. when order received it was not octopus but Calamar. we called them back claiming that it is calamar and they lied again saying it is Octopus.They believe that we dont know what we are eating.Cheaters.
Very nice decoration and very friendly staff, the most important was the food: tasty, clean and fresh fish is served. I do recommend this place for family lunch.
