My first complaint or bad review. My only experience was on the phone. Decided to try a new place, first time ordering from La Strada. Placing our order and details went smoothly (or so we thought). We call after 45 mins, they say the delivery guy left 15 mins ago. We call back 15 mins later, the pizza was delivered to the wrong address. And that was that. Mistakes happen, but the total disregard for customer service and complete lack of accountability told me all I needed to know. No apologies, no follow up, no customer service, no problem. We will try another new place.

I just called to order a Pizza,Terrible customer service.While many Lebanese young and socially efficient people wish to find a job at a pizza place, customer service, and while the minimum wage is a must in any business,A Syrian guy with a typical Syrian accent answered the phone to take my order. I wanted to cancel, but I’ll give it a chance after the review, and I am waiting for my order to arrive, to see if the food quality is as good as I heard.Regardless of what I will get, this is unacceptable.Not from a racist point of view, but from a legal one and to improve customer service.I would give it a minus rating
Hello fellow Vegetarians!We ordered 2 large vegetarian pizza and 1 large margueritta. The dough is really thin, you won’t feel full from a small portion, but the taste is super good and the delivery is fast.Definitely recommended!
So about La Strada, i mean its good its okay. I wasn t really impressed by anything, my friends told me to take a mushroom pizza, and a pepperoni one, the mushroom one was average and the pepperoni was not bad and yeah that’s basically all its an okay place
La strada is a great pizza place in mansourieh, delivery is always fast and the pizza is always hot. Tried almost all of them, the veggies pizza is my favorite. Highly recommended
