A quiet and clean place in the heart of broummana. The staff were so nice and welcoming, and the service was fast. I tried their cheese and zaatar mankouche it was tasty but the cheese was a bit salty, and the dough was delicious.

Well baked and soft when you bite, simply melted in our mouthmini pizza and lahmih, the dough was very well baked,pizza sauce was just remarkable and had a good amount of shredded cheese toppinglahmih personally needed more seasoning and of course a squeeze of lemon but both delicious Later on when I passed by again, I asked for the kaaki recipenot that I would try making any kind of baked desserts I lean to the savory part in cooking , doesn’t require weighing ingredients, i love eating sweets not making them!! it was too obvious it was homemade!! She laughed so hard..i was puzzled..it’s a ka3kit 3eid!!She had bought EVERYTHING from a bakery!!bakery with that kind of kaaki had to be visited!!Now the amazing part was..It doesn’t look like you regular kinda bakeryneat, very well organized seating area,Super clean, not even dough dust anywhere!! in another word, very high level of hygiene Working area & furn are like spotless clean Staff, beyond humble & welcoming, very positive vibes are easily detected Ask for your preferred dough, extra thin, regular, a bit thick and baking level Their regular dough isn’t paper thin, just regular thickness and very well bakedsuper light on the stomachmankoushi portion is very good, satisfies your hunger take away – well wrapped Cheese quality is amazingno sour flavor, no weird aftertaste, very generous with the quantity used*requested a slight crisp to the dough* got this semi light brown color, was perfectly bakedFatayer size is also good,spinach is on point, very well cooked and seasoned, lemon squeeze and it’s perfect Calzone cheese & olive, extra cheesy , perfectly melted , olives don’t overpower the taste, just the right fair amount They also serve other breakfast options, croissants, kaakii asrounieh, egg foukhara that we want to try on a different visit, fava beans *not my interest*Already tried the mini’s They roll, spread the toppings and bake when you order, can’t get any fresher than that prices are extremely affordable quality high
