A very nice tasty zaatar manoucheh. Yammy on the bite. It has its uniqueness in flavor thats for sure. However the dough is a bit thick qnd lacks air inside it. But i have to say it did not bother me at all, and it is not chewy at all. To be tasted for zaatar lovers.
