Appo closed the upstairs room only to open a new place facing the old one called Rose. I did not know until i arrived there and i was surprised! So happy to see this restaurant succeed because it is well deserved.The new place looks a bit weird. Too many things going on in the decor, you get lost in trying to understand the mood it’s setting. I love the idea of having flowers on the walls outside. But then inside it kind of looks like a western diner.The food is still as amazing. Healthy and spicy and satisaying and mouthwatering. (check apo review for details). They got their best staff working here. We had a lovely lunch.The prices are okay. We found the taouk to be expensive but the taste was great.I’m glad they just serve irani bottles now. They taste better than the old ones.Will be going back soon, as always
Very delicious meat (kebab, she2af ) and taouk sandwiches in generous portions. Friendly waiters and very affordable prices. Highly recommended when you are craving a delicious sandwich.
The best Kebab sandwiches and Lahme meshwiyyeh you can ever taste. All kebab sandwiches are delicious, yet each one has a very special touch. We recommend the Apo Special kebab sandwich. All the members of our group loved the food and are planning to come back. The owner and waiters were friendly and took very good care of us.
I am a fan of apo ever since i was a kid. I went to their new cafe facing the restaurant. The place is cute. The waitress is nice. The food is not always consistent anymore which is sad. They used to have the best taouk ever but lately the taste is not as good as before. The kafta and hummus are good. The cheese puffs are tasty and their fries is the best. The tabbouleh is good. Their prices are a bit high especially when you want to order in kg..
I don’t know if that was the original plan or concept, but this Café has turned into the seating area of Restaurant Apo.Given that Apo provides 5* food, specifically BBQ sandwiches and platters, this spot gets the same rating.
Nice place just across the street from Apo. The cafe’s food menu is actually the same as that of the restaurant across the street, so you can benefit from the awesome food while enjoying the extra benefit of nice and modernly decorated environment. They also serve coffee and a variety of cocktails.Indoor and outdoor seating is available.I particularly like the metal barriers and wall hung planters.Service is decent and taste is simply superb.A recommended place.
