The place on itself and the music were amazing but what made the experience that bad was the personnel. You honestly have the rudest staff ever. I’ll start with the bouncer at the door while she all let us in she asked my friend for her id. My friend showed it to her on the phone but the bouncer didn’t accept it because she wanted a hard copy. In the car my friend had all her documents printed including her id and her driving license. The bouncer still wouldn’t accept it and when we asked her why she said she couldn’t tell us so i said that we were coming from jbail and that it would take 1 hour for someone to get us the id, the bouncer answered that it was none of her problems and since it was 10:30 pm there would be no traffic. So we waited for one hour until someone got her the id and the bouncer still gave us a hard time letting my friend in even when she had her id. Honestly this was the worst experience let alone the fact that 16 and 17 yo got in without a problem even though they knew their ages. We ended up missing Adonis’ concert thanks to the unjustified stubbornness of the staff. But that’s not all while we were enjoying what was left of the night and taking pictures the security guard notified me that flash weren’t allowed also in the rudest way possible.

Weird jungle looking place with a scary elevator! We watched the Nemer show their, it was nice.We enjoyed the show and loved the place. We got our selfs some energy drinks and we had lots of fun!
Fuck dis place! Never going back there. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude staff. So glad people are actually speaking up and giving you the bad reviews you deserve.
