A cigar lover? Than you should visit The Lounge! Service, music and especially staff were absolutely amazing. Perfect atmosphere. A really high end cigar lounge. As I’m a cigar and lounge lover, I highly recommend it! A truly 5 star experience!
First of all we booked at this place 10 days ago making sure that there is a booking on the 14th of February (Valentines day). 2 days prior to the booking we get a call confirming the reservation as if all is set for the 14th. On that day we arrive to the Lounge; there is no one, it is about to close for the night and there is no menu for 2 people neither is there a violinist as they said. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The level of professionalism and the level of customer service is below average and below satisfaction. Very very dissapointing!
