Chef Wael Khattar is doing an awesome job preparing homemade Dessert Cakes, Mou3ajanet & Pizza. He also does sandwiches and subs but I did not try them out yet. His menu is Huge however this is not a Good Sign. I prefer to order from specialized restaurants that have a smaller menu.Today I ordered via Zomato. The total ended up being less than $20. When arriving the bill turned out to be LL31,000 Chef Wael must fix that problem ASAP on Zomato because the customer can save some money via Zomato but when choosing to pay in Cash, he ends up paying more! (see attached pic)I order 1 large cheese pizza (comes with Corn, Olives, Ham, Mushroom). Nothing special in this homemade pizza. I have tasted way better cheese. The composition of toppings was bad. Why? Well, that’s where american pizza franchises do better job. When putting together the pizza, they add the cheese on top of the red sauce then they start adding the toppings. (See pic) the pizza I received looked like Cheese Pizza with Olives. Underneath the cheese were the Raw Mushroom, Corn and Jambon. Also, the amount of jambon was too much, my kids had to pick some of the jambon out. The cheese amount was too much also and was tasteless. Chef Wael must look into havig a better cheese mix for his Pizza Menu. More salt and better flavor. Jambon amount should br treated like Olives with less quantity. Pastry: Foret Noir tasted frozen with tastless stuffed whipped cream and barely any fruits inside. Mille Feuille was awesome and the eclair au chocolat tasted great but I wish that the dough was more fresh. All in all, it was not a perfect experience. However, I would give Chef Wael Khattar a second chance if he is willing to improve the food quality.
