The best croissant by far. A good balance of air, butter and crispiness. Well designed and well done! When craving croissant i pass by, one thyme, one cheese and one chocolate for the finish!

This place is one of the few places in Lebanon to make daily unique yummy bread. The owner will take the time to explain to you every detail about the process and all different kinds.I love it!
If your short on time ..don’t expect to walk in and out in a matter of seconds to this place passing by in the mornings, the aroma of freshly baked croissants literally made me walk in, especially if your hungry , guided by my noise walked into nothing like the regular bakeries you been tooabove hygiene levels, very organized display hospitality and cheerful face with an Oh lala!! Fresh batch of croissants *they bake daily morning so you wont find it available before 8* something like that You see the layers that have been baked with a glaze to the crust now at 4000 for a croissant of that size … 1 wont settle the hunger what have you got in there that makes it double the price?! cashier explained the reason behind the high prices .. organic high quality products ,imported grains, excluding the use of commercial yeastshe mentioned many things but i remember this much of it, so I guess that’s what mattered to me one of each was purchased, wrapped neatly each croissant *when cut in half* had the most fluffy airy interior layers and layers with cheese / chocolate going through the layer (I did not try the thyme, it was bought for another person) you bite … Ssssshhhhhhhh!!!! We are silent sound of that little crunch of the top glazed layer was just melting in our mouth quantity of butter was just on point and it is not margarine used freshness, quality, flavor , baking level,==>balance even the plain croissant that was eaten the same day but about 12 hours later tasted very good Brioche Light brown/ semi golden colorLooking at the rectangular loaf, you could see it glaze on all the sides Very soft interior, cut it in slices *stayed soft overnight till mid next day* Tried the baguettes once *for a cheese & wine* Slightly hard when you cut through , center is semi soft, differs from regular baguettes as it’s not sweet tasty with Bree cheese & jam, feta + oregano+tomato mixed, butter+ ham, and other toppings Quality is top notch Prices are explained and reasonable for the quality ingredients used Not a bakery you can cover in one visit ‘They got a series of specialties sorry for the late review
